As a part of my independent study to support my final project during my M.A. program, I decided to push the boundaries of the Autodesk Fusion 360 software and model fashionable handbags. I used this software frequently during my undergrad for 3D modeling industrial design projects, and I was curious to test my skills in designing fashion accessories. This exploration was a great way to explore the interdisciplinarity between industrial design and fashion and also served as a great practice to repurpose the software I am most familiar with. Even though I was not committed to any particular outcome, I am proud of my results.
