To promote the launch of Monster Energy, the storytelling begins at Hopi Hari, the largest amusement park in Brazil, where four friends spend a day having fun on roller coasters, giant wheels, a Viking ship, and the chairoplane. They could enjoy this experience because they were wearing Approve clothing and drinking Monster Energy drinks, which provided them with the comfort and energy they needed to enjoy a private amusement park just for themselves.
After waking up from a dream, the actors enjoy their time together in the living room. To enhance and support the indoor scenario, I created 25 indie kid-style posters, which served as the background for some of the photographs. These posters were designed with quotes and phrases that tell the story of both brands and their storytelling. I worked with a team of 12 people, including filmmakers, producers, stylists, and writers. As the Art Director, I led the project from start to finish, working as a Photographer and Designer. The most challenging aspect was aligning the team with the Monster Energy global team and creating this story during the COVID-19 pandemic.
